Coordinated Referral Process
Once an agency referral is received, the appropriate licensed clinician evaluates the patient and determines the treatment plan according to the agency’s clinical process and applicable professional standards. We coordinate closely with agencies to ensure therapists have the schedules, information, and support they need to deliver care efficiently.
